High-Temperature Printhead
This printhead makes it possible to print any bioink that requires a high temperature for extrusion. For working with bioresorbable polymers and biocompatible polymers, room temperature to 265°C. The temperature range enables researchers to work with many different polymer types.
Low-Temperature Printhead
This printhead makes it possible to print any bioink that requires a low temperature for extrusion. It has an adaptive control system the printhead can cool down to 3°C. You can print "collagen" for bioprint stroma (a part of the cornea) or "matrigel" for advanced tissue engineering applications.
Melt Electrowriting Printhead
This printhead makes it possible to print melted material with high voltage as called electrowriting. It allows printing your meltable polymers on the submicron level in a real 3D shape without any harmful solutions. It is the best way to create 3D fiber scaffolds that is usable in medical applications.
UV Curing Toolhead
UV Curing Toolhead enables the targeted photocrosslinking of biomaterials and bioinks. There are two types of UV tools. UV-Laser and UV-LED options are available.
HD Camera Toolhead
The HD Camera Toolhead allows you to monitor your printed structure during and after the print. Where the toolhead can capture images that can be utilized for printability analysis without the need to transfer prints from the system.
Syringe Pump Printhead
Syringe Pump Printhead makes piston-driven extrusion of biomaterials and bioinks possible. This makes it ideal for the extrusion of low and high-viscosity biomaterials.
Cell Electrowriting Printhead
Cell Electrowriting Printhead makes it possible to create ultra-thin fibers from cell-laden hydrogels with applied high voltage of up to 15 kV.
